The VIVA founders went through the slow and quiet market of the early 90’s, picked up steam from the mid 90’s and were present right through an explosive boom in the early 2000’s. We have seen it all, from having originally been market consultants, to having had one small agency which grew into a network of more than twelve offices in the days before the internet became the first point of contact.

They say that "the definition of madness is doing the same old thing and expecting better and better results". We believe they are right. That’s why we constantly look to evolve and improve - nothing stands still and we certainly don’t. People will always need to sell property; we have done nothing but exactly that - sell property - in a vibrant, pioneering and successful manner to exceed 11,000 property sales.

Once again, simply nobody compares in the numbers of properties sold and today it is unlikely that anyone else will. No idle boast, but a fact that we are proud to proclaim.
