Inspection tours take place weekly, leaving from Manchester or London Gatwick on a direct flight to Sal Island every Thursday from 6th September. Return flights are via Lisbon returning on Sunday.

The trips are packed full with visits to developments, financial advice, recommendations to the best Cape Verde furniture package suppliers and everything you need to be totally comfortable with your decision.

Investors can take advantage of a special price, available only for the next few weeks, until the full construction licence is processed. On receipt of the licence, there will be an immediate 8 per cent increase on all remaining units.

There are two tour options:
Option One: If you've already reserved a unit, two people are entitled to a free trip to inspect the development.
Option Two: Prospective clients pay £500 sterling for the tour and if they decide to invest during the tour, then this amount is offset against the reservation fee.

Accomodation is either at the Riu Hotel or the Djadsal Holiday Club and is subject to availability. Rooms can't be reserved but are available on a ‘first come, first served' basis.
