Their story...
Paul Cossins, a financial services sales manager from Nottingham, was looking for a holiday home in southern Spain to share with wife Lynne and their two children. With VIVA, it took just a month to find the perfect place.
“We wanted a holiday home but also a long-term investment and potentially a place for my wife and I to live permanently in a few years,” explains Paul. "The Costa del Sol is perfect because it's an all-year-round destination that we can reach cheaply from the UK.”
At The Best of Southern Spain Milton Keynes, Paul met VIVA sales consultant Sarah Shrewsbury and arranged to spend a day in the region looking at some of VIVA's properties.
“We went out with Sarah and ended up buying on the first day,” says Paul. “After we had seen the El Soto development we didn't need to look any further.”
The property they fell in love with was a family apartment in El Soto de Marbella, an exclusive urbanisation just ten minutes from Marbella, set in idyllic surroundings. The family visit around ten times a year, popping over for weekends as well as longer stays.
“We've done our holidaying all over the world and now we just want somewhere we can reach quickly, that's a home from home,” says Paul. “And when you've got a place as nice as El Soto, you don't want to go anywhere else.”
