Our dedicated Customer Services team are here to help you with any queries you may have about southern Spain. If you email, call or chat online with us, they will be the first members of the VIVA team you will meet.
We have put together a set of Frequently Asked Questions for you, but most of the time, your questions and queries will be very unique and that's why our Customer Services team are an invaluable resource for you.
They are extremely knowledgeable about life in Spain and all aspects of moving to Spain and as practically everyone in the team has made the move to Spain themselves, they can give you first hand advice and recommendations based on their own experiences. You can even talk directly to members of the team that could take you to view properties, or have your financial questions answered by one of our financial partner Green Independent's IFAs.
Our team is based here in Spain, and on hand to assist you 7 days a week, from 9am til 9pm (CET) Monday to Friday, and from 10am til 7pm (CET) Saturdays and Sundays. So, whatever you need to know, whenever you need to know it, we have the answers!
